Dear concerned dignitary,
I’m a 12th grader currently, studying in Nepal. I’ve been studying Management with an aim to become a Chartered Accountant.I want to appear for cpt exam in june,2010 via the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.For this, I want the detailed information on the requirements for a foreign student to join the institute, in tandem with complete information on the scholarship schemes for foreign students also with the key dates of the respective exams. There’s one more query I’ve been carrying that whether or not the Indian Embassy provides scholarship to Nepalese students for studying Chartered Accountancy in India.
I’ll be so very grateful to have any of your response. I’m in a great deal of confusion.Please reply on the following email: perky_prodigy0650@yahoo.com
Awaiting for your response

@Prashant
Do keep in touch…I am trying to contact some of my friends who are doing CA in New Delhi. Also don’t forget to visit consultancies in Nepal.. you can get informations on requirements of foreign nationals.
As for scholarship, I haven’t heard any scholarship scheme for CA students. You know that CA is professional course, not an academic one and you hardly find scholarship on these types of subject.
Anyway, do keep in touch… at noblenara@yahoo.com … if you have any further queries.

I am a CA final student in gujarat. I wanna inform all interested candidates of the above notice that once a student is registered in a CA firm; then he can’t take transfer to another firm. So be careful while joining any firm. You should all enquire every thing about the firm: from study leaves,stipend,conveyance,exposure,timings of work and outstation audit during articleship. I have seen many students being duped and made to do monotonous works like ticking vouchers the entire 3 years.
